  18. Ididn'tgetmanychancesforadventureandIwasprettymuch
  19. finishedwithkidsnearmyageandthereweren'tanyrealprospects
  20. amongtheolderguysormenintheneighborhood.Iwaswalking
  21. aroundinastateofconstanthorniness,relievedonlyslightlyby
  22. occasionalgamesofstink-finkwithJeanne.ThatlastweekofMay
  23. draggedonandMemorialweekendseemedtolastforever.Dadwenton
  24. arampageonMemorialdaybecause,apparently,ofmysister,St.

  26. Alexisalwayswentaroundpassingjudgmentandtellingus
  27. thingswerewrongorsins.Anything.Everything.Andhereshe'd
  28. gottenherselfcaughtjerkingoffsomejockinaDodge.Inthe
  29. driveway.We'renottalkingaboutaNobelLaureatehere,asyoucan

  31. OnthenextSaturday,goodol'Martycamesnufflingaround.He
  32. hadhispermitandhisDad'soldcarandofferedtotakemefora
  33. drive.Well,sure,Iknewwhathehadinmind,butIwassohorny
  34. atthatpoint,Iwould'vesatonhisstickshift.Sowewentfora
  35. drivebytheAnderson'sgrainelevator--romantic,huh?--andwe
  36. diditandthenhedrovemehome.AndIwasstillhorny.
  37. Finally,onthethirdweekofJune,Dadannouncedthatmy
  38. phantomstep-brotherwascomingtovisit.Iwasdeterminedto
  39. seducehim--andIwasgoingtohavethechance,becausehisvisit
  40. wasgoingtocoincidewiththechurchfair.
  41. WhenDanarrived,JeanneandI--wehadbeenexchanging
